Shure Europe Expands To Include The Middle East, Africa Regions

01.06.2004 -- From 1st June 2004, Shure Europe will assume responsibility for the Middle East and Africa (MEA) regions. Shure Europe will provide sales, marketing, service and applications support to the 20 independent distribution companies in both regions. Prior to this, MEA distributors were managed directly from the company's global headquarters in Chicago.

 

"We are looking forward to working with our MEA distribution partners", says Markus Winkler, Managing Director of Shure Europe. "Given our geographical proximity, this change will make it easier for Shure to stay in contact with and support our distributors in these exciting and challenging markets."

 

Based in Heilbronn, Germany, Shure Europe also supports 38 distribution partners in Europe, Russia and Israel including its direct operations in Germany and the UK.
