Shure Distribution UK, exclusive distributor of Shure, QSC Audio, Phonic and Sound Devices are exhibiting the latest audio technology from each of the said manufacturers at the PLASA Show, on stand F34.

 

Shure presents UHF-R™ Wireless Systems, the new benchmark for high-performance, networkable wireless applications. Designed for the most demanding wireless applications and users, UHF-R features networked automatic set-up to minimize set-up time and effort, 75 MHz bandwidth for reliable, trouble-free operation, integrated Wireless Workbench® Software for advanced, real-time network control and Audio Reference Companding technology for exceptional audio quality.

 

Shure’s new premium KSM9 vocal condenser wireless capsule will also make its official UK debut at the 2005 PLASA Show. Available exclusively with Shure’s new UHF-R™ Wireless Systems the KSM9 capsule will be offered in champagne and black finishes by the end of the year.

From Phonic the show visitor will witness the latest and most powerful additions to the XP Series of amplifiers, the XP5000 plus the XP5100 that boasts a separate subwoofer output. Other new products will include the ZX Series 2 and 4 zone mixers, both of which are rackmountable in only 1’U’ of space. Additionally Phonic continues its exploration of the digital audio arena with its new Ai231F dual channel digital graphic EQ, with built in feedback detection system.

 

QSC further expand their range of digital audio transport, DSP, control and monitoring solutions with the arrival of ten new products utilising their QSControl.net platform. In addition QSC’s AcousticDesign Series has enjoyed enhancements including the new AD-S282H full range, surface mount loudspeaker and new improved AD-C Series in-ceiling speakers. Also there are new additions to QSC’s acclaimed ModularDesign™ family of loudspeakers with the arrival of two new subwoofer cabinets. The MD-S215 and MD-S218 subwoofers offer dual 15” and 18” front-loaded drivers, respectively.
