The Limited Warranty includes other important terms, conditions, limitations, and exclusions. Shure SE Sound Isolating Earphones ONLY: 

All Shure E Series and SE Sound Isolating earphones manufactured by Shure Incorporated feature a limited two-year warranty when purchased in the UK from an authorised dealer

This two-year warranty is specific to the date of purchase as shown on your purchase receipt.

The warranty is only valid if the earphones were purchased directly from Shure or from a Shure-authorised reseller.

Returns Procedure

While under a valid warranty period, products that are defective due to a manufacturing fault (purchased domestically) may be returned to Shure Distribution UK with prior authorisation for service and repair free of charge.

A Returns Authorisation Number (RAN) can be obtained by contacting the Service Department on 01992 703058 or alternatively you can request a RAN by emailing service@shuredistribution.co.uk

Your email must contain the following information:

  • Full name
  • Address
  • Contact telephone number
  • Model number
  • Serial Number
  • Description of fault
  • Proof of Purchase

Out of warranty items may be returned for service and repair for a fee - contact the Service Department for an estimate.

Shure Distribution UK reserves the right to charge an additional fee for products with extensive physical damage or those that require additional unforeseen repairs however, we will not proceed without your authorisation.
