The PGA58 is designed for speech and vocal applications whereas the PGA57 is specifically designed to meet instrument applications.
There are several differences between the two mics. Here are the most relevant ones: Polar pattern: Beta 58A = supercardioid; SM58 = cardioid Output level: Beta 58A is 4dB hotter than SM58 Handling noise: Beta 58A has less handling noise than the SM58 Grille: Beta 58A has a hardened grille that is very difficult to dent Frequency response: Beta 58A has extended low and high end compared to SM58

We’re very sorry you want to return a product. Within 30 days you may return any product bought in our webshop and withdraw from the contract whitout giving any reason. You may also use the model withdrawal form or electronically fill in and submit the model withdrawal form on our website http://shure-shop.eu/en/cancellation. If you use this option, we will communicate to you an acknowledgement of receipt of such a withdrawal on a durable medium (e.g. by e-mail) without delay.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to Hallmark Consumer Services, Greenbank, Saxby Road, Melton Mowbray, Leicestershire, LE13 1FF without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
The returned merchandise will be inspected when it arrives at the warehouse. When all is confirmed, we will transfer the amount payable back to your bank or giro account. If you paid by credit card, we will credit the amount. A potential shipping fee or other costs (in case anything is damaged or missing) will automatically be deducted from the refund. This process takes 3-5 days typically and no longer than 14 days.

The Shipment is executed by TNT.
Your order is usually prepared for shipment on the same day. If you place your order before midday it is handed over to the carrier on the same day and typically delivered on the next day.
Shipping is free of charge for orders with a shopping cart value above £ 100. Otherwise shipping is £ 5.25.
When placing your order you can indicate whether the order should be delivered to your invoice address or any other address (e.g. your work address).
